Job Overview
CS Mechanical/Azimuth CDM, a leading provider of mechanical and construction services, is seeking a motivated Administrative Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities
- General office work like organizing and maintaining client case files, making data entry into case management systems, assisting with client communications.
- The Administrative Clerk position will perform a variety of routine clerical tasks of limited complexity under general supervision.
Skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills both verbal and written.
- Able to work professionally with a cross-section of people within the organization.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Good critical thinking skills, and awareness of downstream impacts.
- Ability to focus in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Well-organized with good time management skills
Education/Qualifications (License or Certification)
- High School diploma or equivalent education (examples include: GED, verification of homeschool equivalency, partial or full completion of post-secondary education, etc.)
- One year of clerical experience with computer skills.
