Job Overview
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades to complete projects.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Self-motivated, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: Based on Experience
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Education/Qualifications (License or Certification)
- High School Diploma or Equivalence.
- Journeyman Plumber License.
Physical & Mental Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 75-80 lbs. occasionally.
- Type/speak English clearly.
- Must be able to read/write/spell.
- Must be able to understand and follow written instructions, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Must have strong skills in prioritization, organization, multitasking, and stress management.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
