Job Overview

We are seeking a Journey Plumber Licensed Commercial Plumber to join our team. The Commercial Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions.
Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with other trades to complete projects.
Complete work orders and maintain accurate records.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Skills

Self-motivated, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Based on Experience

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Education/Qualifications (License or Certification)

High School Diploma or Equivalence.
Journeyman Plumber License.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly and 75-80 lbs. occasionally.
Type/speak English clearly.
Must be able to read/write/spell.
Must be able to understand and follow written instructions, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Must have strong skills in prioritization, organization, multitasking, and stress management.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
