Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the efficient and timely dispatch of resources, such as vehicles, equipment, or personnel, and operational requirements. Your exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


  • Dispatch Management: Assign and dispatch resources, such as vehicles, equipment, or personnel, to specific locations or job sites, ensuring efficient utilization and timely response. Maintain constant communication with field personnel to provide necessary updates, instructions, or changes to assignments.
  • Schedule Optimization: Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to create and maintain efficient schedules for field personnel, ensuring adequate coverage while considering factors such as workload, availability, and skill sets. Continuously monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address operational issues or challenges that may impact service delivery or customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot problems, coordinate alternative solutions, and escalate issues to appropriate supervisors or managers when necessary.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the dispatch operations. Collaborate with team members and provide feedback on existing procedures, systems, or policies to enhance overall performance and customer experience.


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to work professionally with a cross-section of people within the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Good critical thinking skills, and awareness of downstream impacts.
  • Ability to focus in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Well-organized with good time management skills

Education/Qualifications (License or Certification)

  • High School Diploma or Equivalence.

    Schedule: Be able to work a flexible schedule.
